Terms and Conditions LuanTogel – Complete Platform User Guide

To use the luantogel platform, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years old at the date of registration.
• Not located in a region or country that prohibits access to online gambling platforms.
• Not registered in any active self-exclusion program.
• Registering using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at luantogel. Multiple account ownership — whether using different names, emails, phone numbers, or financial details — is strictly prohibited. If our system detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all associated accounts will be immediately frozen pending investigation, and any balances or wins may be forfeited.

The information you provide during registration must be accurate. luantogel reserves the right to verify your identity at any time through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to submit the required verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account restriction. Documents typically required include a copy of your identity card (MyKad) and proof of residential address.

Luantogel accepts a variety of payment methods including FPX, local e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, MAE), IBFT bank transfers, DuitNow QR, and digital assets. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit is RM 10 for e-wallet and FPX methods.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using an account registered under the same name as your luantogel account. Transactions from a different name will be automatically rejected.
• Luantogel does not charge any fees for deposits. Any third-party bank fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the user.
• Minimum withdrawal is RM 30 and processed automatically within 15–30 minutes for e-wallet methods, and 15–60 minutes for bank transfers.
• Luantogel reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits as a fraud prevention measure.

All financial transactions on luantogel are final once confirmed. If you believe there is an error in your transaction, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the transaction time with supporting proof. luantogel is not responsible for any delays caused by payment providers or banks.

Luantogel offers various types of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus has wagering requirements (rollover) that must be met before any withdrawal can be made. The rollover requirement for each promotion is clearly stated on the Promotions.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per new member. Attempting to claim a new bonus through additional accounts is prohibited.
• Luantogel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses credited due to technical errors or system manipulation will be voided without notice.
• Some bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonuses that have not been utilized before the expiry date will be automatically removed from the account.

Bonus system abuse — including hedging, using multiple accounts to claim repeated bonuses, or any strategy clearly designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk — is prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

All games offered on the luantogel platform use a random number generator (RNG) that has been verified and certified by an independent regulatory body. This ensures every game round is fair and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• Game results are final once completed. No appeals can be made against game outcomes already recorded by the system.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, any affected bets will be returned to your account balance.
• Luantogel reserves the right to void any bets placed during identified system disruptions or technical issues.
• For Live Casino games, the outcome announced by the dealer is final. Disputes relating to live games must be reported within two hours of the session ending.
• For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings, unless there is a clear technical error.

You are solely responsible for keeping your luantogel account login credentials secure. This includes your username, password, and 2FA code if enabled.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password — a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of protection. Logging in from a new device will always require OTP verification.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact luantogel support immediately to have your account temporarily frozen.

Luantogel will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials. However, if you promptly report unauthorized access, we will take appropriate action to protect your account.

Luantogel users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violations may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the remaining balance without compensation:

• Financial fraud: Use of stolen credit/debit cards, false payment information, or any unauthorized payment method.
• Money laundering: Using the luantogel platform as a channel to launder or conceal illegally obtained funds.
• Technical exploitation: Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any artificial means to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Bug exploitation: Intentionally exploiting any system errors, software bugs, or technical vulnerabilities. Any bugs discovered must be reported to our team immediately.
• Threats or harassment: Threatening, harassing, or using offensive language towards luantogel staff or other members.
• Multiple account ownership: Registering or using more than one account simultaneously or consecutively.

Luantogel is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to:

• Unavoidable service disruptions or downtime.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence in maintaining account security.
• Game results that do not favour the user — all games operate on a random and fair basis.
• Delays in transaction processing by the bank or third-party payment providers.
• Losses caused by device failure or the user's internet connection during gameplay.

Under no circumstances will luantogel's maximum liability to any user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the luantogel support team. Any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirement) will be returned via the payment method used for the last deposit.

Luantogel reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence of fraud, false identity verification, or a breach of these terms and conditions.
• There is suspicious activity indicating a possible case of money laundering.
• User failed to submit the required KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

For accounts closed due to violations, all balances — including original deposits and wins — may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach.

Luantogel reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to members via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the luantogel platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your eligible balance before the effective date.
