Account & Registration

Creating a luantogel account is quick and free. Go to the Register, fill in the form with your full name, username, email address, and Malaysia phone number. Choose a strong password, verify your email via the link sent, and your account will be active in under 3 minutes. The minimum first deposit is RM10 only.

The minimum age to register and play at luantogel is 18. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. During the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you are required to submit a copy of your MyKad to verify your age and identity. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be closed and the balance returned to a parent or guardian.

No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one luantogel account. Owning multiple accounts violates our Terms and Conditions. If confirmed, all related accounts will be closed and any bonuses received through duplicate accounts will be forfeited. If you have forgotten your password or login details, use the account recovery function or contact our support team.

Log in to your account, then go to Profile Settings. You can update your email address, phone number, and other details from there. Changes to sensitive information such as your phone number and email require OTP verification. For changes to your name or date of birth that conflict with your identification documents, please contact our support team for assistance.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process required before large withdrawals or when an account reaches certain transaction thresholds. The required documents are a copy of your MyKad (front and back) and proof of current address. This process protects you from identity misuse and ensures the security of your financial transactions. KYC verification is typically completed within 30 to 60 minutes.

To permanently close your account, contact our support team via live chat. Before closing, make sure you have withdrawn all available balance. Deposits & Payments

luantogel supports a wide range of deposit methods for the convenience of Malaysian members: FPX (all major local banks), e-wallets including Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, and MAE, DuitNow QR, standard bank transfer, and digital assets. All methods are accessible from the Deposit after logging in to your account.

The minimum deposit at luantogel is RM10 for e-wallet and FPX methods. For standard bank transfers, the minimum amount is RM30. There is no set daily maximum for deposits, though you can set personal limits through your account's self-control settings if you wish to cap your spending.

Deposits via FPX, DuitNow QR, and most e-wallets are processed in real time — funds are usually credited to your account within 1 to 3 minutes. Standard bank transfers may take up to 10–15 minutes depending on bank processing times. If a deposit is not received after 30 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of transaction.

luantogel does not charge any processing fees for deposits. The full amount you deposit will be credited to your account. However, some banks or e-wallet providers may apply a small fee on their end, which is beyond our control. Check with your financial service provider if applicable.

First, check your bank statement or e-wallet to confirm whether the amount was deducted. If it was but your luantogel account has not been credited, save a screenshot of the payment proof including the transaction reference number. Contact our support team via live chat and share that proof. Our team will review and resolve the issue within 15–30 minutes.

Withdrawal

Log in to your account and go to the Wallet or Finance section. Select "Withdrawal", enter the amount you wish to withdraw, choose your withdrawal method (bank or e-wallet), and confirm the request via OTP. Ensure the recipient name on your bank account or e-wallet matches the name on your luantogel account to avoid delays.

Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost) are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank account withdrawals take between 30 minutes and 2 hours depending on the time and your bank's system. Withdrawal requests submitted outside banking hours may be processed at the start of the next business day. We process over 95% of withdrawal requests within 1 hour.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 for all methods. The daily maximum withdrawal limit is RM50,000 for standard accounts, and can be increased for VIP accounts after completing an additional verification process. There is no limit on the number of withdrawal requests per day, but each request must meet the minimum amount.

There are several common reasons: (1) KYC incomplete — you must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal. (2) The recipient name does not match the registered name on your luantogel account. (3) Bonus rollover requirements have not been met. (4) The bank details entered are incorrect. Check your withdrawal request status in your account or contact support for further clarification.

No. luantogel only processes withdrawals to accounts whose owner name matches the registered name on your luantogel account. This is a security policy to prevent money laundering and to protect our members. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed and will be automatically cancelled.

Bonuses & Promotions

New luantogel members are entitled to a welcome package that includes: 100% first deposit bonus up to RM500, RM88 welcome credit, and 10% weekly cashback. Rollover (or "turnover") is the total wagering amount you need to reach before a bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, if you receive a RM100 bonus with a 10x rollover, you need to place a total of RM1,000 in bets before that bonus can be withdrawn. Your rollover progress can be tracked in real time from your account dashboard.

It depends on the bonus type. Some bonuses can be combined, while others cannot be used simultaneously. Each bonus has terms stating whether it is combinable. Generally, a member can claim one welcome bonus, one weekly cashback, and one special promotion at the same time. Check the Promotions for more details.

A bonus may be cancelled for several reasons: (1) Violation of bonus terms, such as wagering on games excluded from rollover. (2) Withdrawing funds before the rollover requirement is met. (3) Detection of multiple accounts. (4) Suspicious betting activity. If you believe a bonus was cancelled in error, contact our support team within 24 hours for a review.
